$300 for initial 90 minute assessment/appointment
$200 for follow-up 50 minute individual, couples, or family sessions.
$300 for 90 minute follow-up appointments.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. The insurance providers we partner in-network with include:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- WV PEIA
We also partner with several insurance companies out-of-network .
Please Note : You will be referring to out-of-network benefits if you are using any of the insurance companies listed below:
- CIGNA
- United Health Care
- Aetna
We do not take Tricare, Medicaid, Medicare, or CHIP's presently due to recent decisions to decrease Mental Health reimbursement rates. We encourage you to contact your local elected officials and ask that they increase reimbursement rates for mental health services so that they are more in line with market demand and prices offered to those with insurance.
Payment
Cash, Check or Credit Card (Amex, Visa, Mastercard) accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
